The configuration contains all properties regarding the i-net HelpDesk server and allows modifying it accordingly. The configuration interface is structured using sections and categories to give a brief overview of the configuration options. Options that are not commonly required to be modified are initially hidden to further simplify the interface. They can be displayed using the Switch to advanced View option in the user menu.

The search bar can be used to easily find any option by name or value and directly jump into their categories.
