Pictures
A pictures is either a static or dynamic (from dynamic image location or database) image.
You can drag it from the file system in the report or add it with the toolbar button 
or the insert menu. A copy of the picture will be saved in the rpt file.
In the Picture Properties you can configure the imasge location, alignment etc.
